By accessing or using Startup App Idea ("the Service"), a product of ITEMGO TECHNOLOGY LTD (Company № 17249762, registered address: Bartle House, Oxford Court, Manchester, M2 3WQ, United Kingdom), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Startup App Idea is a subscription-based service that delivers validated business ideas, including market research, competitor analysis, brand verification, product roadmaps, AI build prompts, project skills, pitch decks, and security audits. These materials are provided for informational and educational purposes.

3. Subscription & Billing

Price: £99.99 per month (or equivalent in local currency)
Billing cycle: Monthly, automatically recurring
Payment processor: Stripe, Inc. — we do not store payment details
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact admin@startupappidea.com for refund requests.
Price changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice via email.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by the Service (reports, research, prompts, skills, decks) are the intellectual property of ITEMGO TECHNOLOGY LTD.
Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their own business development.
You may NOT resell, redistribute, or publicly republish any materials from the Service without written permission.
The business ideas themselves are not patentable and are provided as research — you are free to execute on them.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own due diligence before acting on any business idea.
You are responsible for legal compliance in your jurisdiction (business licenses, taxes, regulations).
You must not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
You must keep your account credentials secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITEMGO TECHNOLOGY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the Service.

The total liability of ITEMGO TECHNOLOGY LTD for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. No Guarantee of Success

Business ideas are provided for informational purposes only. ITEMGO TECHNOLOGY LTD makes no guarantees, express or implied, about the commercial success, profitability, or viability of any business idea. Market conditions change, execution matters, and results vary.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the materials ends, but you retain the right to use business ideas you have already begun developing in good faith.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Estos materiales se proporcionan con fines informativos y educativos.

3. Suscripción y Facturación

Precio: £99.99 por mes
Ciclo de facturación: Mensual, renovación automática
Procesador de pagos: Stripe — no almacenamos datos de pago
Cancelación: Puede cancelar en cualquier momento. El acceso continúa hasta el final del período de facturación actual.
Reembolsos: Garantía de devolución de 30 días.

4. Propiedad Intelectual
